| Having social anxiety quite frankly sucks. It makes every day tasks very difficult to do. I also have a severe phone anxiety too, needless to say I probably won't call in sick at work unless if I was dying because I hate talking on the phone. :V That's also the reason why I haven't answered any of my private messages on SSRG... :S I feel bad about that... | |

| I agree it sucks a lot, my social anxiety affects me when I try to express my true opinions in public (like forums). I usually find it difficult post or say something without having hurt/offend someone...  | |

| Good to see I'm not the only one! It's the worst when calling people via phone but somehow meeting them personally seems easier for me. The easiest of couse online via forums and email.
I once considered SSRI, which help against social anxiety but after reading the side effects I don't want to take this crap.
